Delete your CapitalLoop account

You can permanently delete your CapitalLoop account directly in the Android app.

How to delete your account

1. Open CapitalLoop and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and select Delete Account again to confirm.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your Firebase Authentication account, CapitalLoop profile (email address and display name), and saved places associated with the account.

What is not retained

CapitalLoop does not store precise location, movement history, server-side search history, or server-side recently viewed history. Curated place-catalogue records are not personal account data and remain available to other users.

Delete saved places without deleting your account

You can delete individual saved places at any time without deleting your account: open the Saved tab in CapitalLoop and select the saved icon on the place you want to remove.
